RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 

 

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return any unused items within 7 days of receipt by post. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Picole. Excludes promotional priced items.

Return and Refund only applicable for items purchased at www.picoledesign.com

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Original sales receipts must be attached with all returns.

 

DO I PAY FOR RETURNS?

Yes, we don’t offer free returns at the moment. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Picole. we cannot take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages.

Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping the package.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the goods are received back at our warehouse the refund will be issued.

We will verify and process the refund within 7 working days.

Your returns will be refunded automatically to the method of payment used for the order.

You will not be reimbursed for the shipping charge.
